Which part of the gospel story—incarnation, cross, resurrection, or mission—speaks most strongly to you at this stage of your life?

Before you move on, take a moment to reflect more deeply on what this hymn reveals about faith, burden, and friendship with Christ:
When life feels heavy, are you more likely to carry your burdens alone, rely primarily on others, or truly bring “everything to God in prayer”—and what might that reveal about your trust in Jesus?
The hymn describes Jesus not only as Saviour, but as friend. How does viewing Christ as a faithful, compassionate friend deepen or challenge the way you relate to Him personally?
“Oh, what peace we often forfeit…” Are there worries, griefs, or struggles in your life right now that may be weighing more heavily because you have not fully surrendered them to God? What might it look like to intentionally hand those over in prayer?
